As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow Cats and Dogs here at Preston Creek. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home. There is a $200.00 Pet Deposit, $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, along with a $10.00 monthly charge for pet rent per pet. Our Pet PolicyDetails: We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $350 pet deposit (half of which is refundable) for each pet. There is a $10 monthly pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. |
