Details: We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $350 pet deposit (half of which is refundable) for each pet. There is a $10 monthly pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
